The newest techno-program to help buyers search for properties has just been launched at Champion Realty. It is referred to as "OMG" which stands for "Oh My Gosh! that house is Uberspectacular" according to Lauri Ladd, Director of Marketing for Champion Realty.
OMG is Champion's GPS based texting service for immediate results. The service interfaces with a buyer's mobile phone using GPS (global positioning satellite) service. A buyer out driving around may see a home that is interesting and wants more information. The buyer can now text the three letters, OMG, to 59559. The system will immediately text back to the buyer's mobile phone property information for that home, as well as any surrounding homes for sale in that location.
This system works on all mobile phones with texting technology, (iPhones, Droids, BlackBerries, Razors, etc.). The only difference between mobile phone results is what the texting interface looks like on that particular mobile phone system. For some, buyers may see graphics and photos; others will merely see straight text. If the buyer wishes to talk with the agent, a call now link button will connect the buyer to an agent for further assistance.
This is the latest addition in the technology arsenal that we at Champion Realty are using to keep our buyers and sellers connected, informed and in touch.
