The State of Maryland, in partnership with the Prince George's County Department of Housing and Community Development, is giving qualified homebuyers in Prince George’s County the chance to get incredible assistance in the purchase of their home through the MMP TriplePlay Initiative.
UP TO $20,000 DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCEAll eligible homebuyers qualify for $10,000 in standard Down Payment Assistance (which is a no-interest, deferred loan), In addition, eligible homebuyers that purchase properties in the selected zip codes* will receive an additional $10,000 Down Payment Assistance grant.
0.25% DISCOUNT ON INTEREST RATEAll eligible homebuyers that participate in this program will qualify for a 0.25% reduction in the standard MMP interest rate. 
MARYLAND HOMECREDITA Maryland HomeCredit discounted with no DHCD Fees (lender fees may apply). A Maryland HomeCredit provides homebuyers with a federal tax credit of up to $2,000 every year for the life of the mortgage.
