Maryland Governor Orders Non-Essential Businesses Closed

Monday, March 23, 2020 — Today at 11am, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced that all non-essential businesses would be closing. What does that mean for real estate? Well, it means that Kinetic Realty will continue to operate, however we will do so in a different fashion. Up until this morning, Maryland Courts were still recording deeds and and some title companies were still conducting closings. It's undecided as to whether this practice will continue but we will keep you updated as things evolve. We anticipated this moment to happen and we have been putting into place certain things to enable us to continue to communicate with our clients and keep you updated. Know that things may get worse before they improve but they will improve. Past history has proven that the human race is very resilient. We come together as a world to overcome obstacles and face challenges together. And I anticipate that we will do so in this crisis.
