Sales Decline in 21401 Zip Code Real Estate Market

In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the 21401 zip code market dropped to 32 over the past 30 days, a decrease of 15.8% from last week's report. Within the same time frame, the  21122 zip code had 37 sales, the most of all zip codes in the area. The amount of available homes increased, reaching a volume of six months of inventory, its highest point since August.
