Newest Subdivision to the City of Annapolis: The Townes at Maryland Hall

The Townes at Maryland Hall

Ground has already been broken for the newest up-town subdivision in Annapolis at the entrance of the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts off of Spa Drive. The location is being hailed as the "art district" due to the close proximity to the local art center.

The subdivision will feature 19 all brick Federal style townhomes starting at $649,000. The homes will be between 2,700-3,400 square feet of three and four story living space. Each one will be unique because the buyer will be able to fully customize the interior, including room space build out.

The interiors will be appointed with granite counters, gas cooking and stainless appliances in the kitchen, luxuriously designed baths, hardwood floors, fireplaces, built-in bookcases, floor-to-ceiling columns, brick walkways and community sidewalks.

The Champion Realty sales office will be open this weekend both Saturday and Sunday from 1pm-4pm with brochures and more information.
